Homebound Services

The North Bellmore Public Library has designed a program to reach those in our community who are unable to visit the Library due to chronic health issues.  The program provides home delivery of materials to persons whose physical needs require them to stay home.  If you would like information concerning this service, please contact Mrs. Jeanne Lettieri at 516-785-6260 x 313.

Talking Books and Braille Service for Nassau Residents

Reading is a pleasure no one has to lose because of failing vision.  If eligible, you may borrow audio recordings of many popular books and magazines that will be delivered right to your door - or even the internet.  Talking books may be returned postage free, so there's never a direct cost to you. By enrolling in the talking-book program, you may enjoy recorded versions of the books found in most local libraries.  For more information visit
