Yoga

Reward Yourself.  Practice Iyengar style yoga on your lunch hour with Cathy Adamo who is at the library with postures which benefit your general health, reduce stress, and slow down the aging process.  You will need to bring a yoga sticky mat. available at many disount stores, and two firm blankets.  This a session runs from 12:30PM-1:30PM on Fridays March 7, 14, 21, 28 April 4, 11, 25 May 2, 9. To gain the most from your practice, be prompt, wear pants with elastic waist, and do not eat immediately before class.  Register at the Reference Desk beginning February 1st and please sign the disclaimer.  Any registration without a disclaimer will be cancelled.
